This is a stronger sprung bathroom mortice lock, to be used in conjunction with sprung lever furniture and most unsprung. It measures 77.5mm (3in) from the face plate to the back of the lock, supplied complete with satin chrome face plate and receiver. This lock would normally be used in applications with lever handles that may be unsprung, the stronger latch provides the spring action. The matching rebate set if required would be a Union 2979.
