RAMOS PINTO - Dry White 75cl Bottle
Light pellicular maceration and aging, in conditions with little oxidation. Colour: Pale straw. Nose: Fresh, delicate fruit with touches of dried fig and honey, denoting some oldness. Palate: In the mouth some resinous tastes are evident, balanced by correct acidity. Good body, but without being heavy. After taste: Dry and persistent. Aging: For 3 years in large capacity vats. Bottling: When ready to be drunk. Predicted longevity: Ready to drink. Goes well with canapes, as a starter. Must be drunk cool, between 8 to 10 degrees C.
