Telephone/Modem Double daptor ( Phone/Modem Doubler )

This double adaptor is designed to enable a telephone and modem to be plugged into the same socket. The plug side of the adaptor is a standard BT style plug and the socket side consists of one BT style socket for the telephone and one RJ11 style socket for the modem.
